Who would you like to talk to soon?

“You know, this is a hard question.”

This most certainly is a hard question for me. I wish it were more specific because the first thing that comes to mind is “are we choosing someone who is alive or dead?” Now if we are choosing to talk to them, “do we get to talk in person?” It seems strange to me that I can take such a simple question and complicate it so much.

So if I were the one to ask the question, I would say “Who would you like to sit down and talk to in heaven?”

My answer to this question would still be hard but I’d probably choose my husband, Billy. In life we laughed so much all the time.

Now if the question was to be “Who would you like to sit down and talk to you that is alive?”

I would probably say my best friend, Richard. He is truly amazing and I don’t know what I’d do without him. We haven’t got to spend much time together and to sit down and talk to him seems a bit dreamy.
